 The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said that a low tension region is probably going to shape over South Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal around November 29. This could turn into a cyclonic framework in the main seven day stretch of December, influencing Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and West Bengal. 

"A profound despondency is probably going to shape over South Andaman Sea, bringing about an ascent in temperature in Kolkata and waterfront Bengal following five days. This framework might escalate into a cyclonic tempest relying on the development of framework," said meteorological researcher Soureesh Bandopadhyay.
