India's First 2 Omicron Cases In Karnataka
Bengaluru: Two COVID-19 instances of the Omicron variation have been identified in India, the Health Ministry said on Thursday, making it the 30th country on the planet to report the Covid strain that has set off worldwide alert.
Both the cases have been accounted for in Karnataka with the patients being two men matured 66 and 46, the Health Ministry's Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal told a news preparation, adding that their characters won't be uncovered for the present to ensure their protection, while the 66-year-old is an outsider with a background marked by movement to South Africa, the 46-year-old is a wellbeing specialist in Bengaluru.
