Proposed bill banning crypto payments

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi's administration has recently hailed that it intends to boycott most digital forms of money - a move which follows measures by China this September that strengthened its crackdown on digital currencies.

As per the synopsis of the bill, the public authority is arranging a "general denial on movements of every sort by any person on mining, creating, holding, selling, (or) managing" in computerized monetary forms as a "mode of trade, store of significant worth and a unit of record".

Ridiculing any of these guidelines would likewise be "cognizable" which implies a capture without a warrant is conceivable, and "non bailable," it said.
